DISPATCH & DELIVERY POLICY 

The pricing for areas to which The Grateful Bouquet will deliver flowers is deemed within within a reasonable distance includes suburbs that fall into the following postcodes of: 2300, 2302, 2298, 2294, 2291, 2299, 2302, 2293, 2304. or a neighbouring suburb that is directly next to. Basically within Newcastle to Charlestown, to Wallsend and to Stockton Bridge (orders outside of this zone will incur an additional $7.50 delivery fee for each 5kms past these suburbs). If your delivery day falls on a public holiday then your flowers will be delivered on the next working day. For any enquires please contact us on T: 0457 973 187 or email: connect@thegrateful.com.au.

RETURN POLICY

For flower concerns, please contact within 24 hours. Any time there after refunds will be void. All flowers will be delivered to the specified address given upon checkout.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before items/s have been shipped or delivered. A full refund will be credited to the account used for the order payment. Cancellations may be made by contacting us on: T: 0457 973 187 or email: connect@thegrateful.com.au

 

REFUND POLICY

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving refund request. Refunds will be credited in the account used for order payment, within 4-8 days business days after refund has been approved. Please be aware that time frames on all payments processes will depend and differ on payment gateways, and banks. In the case of cash payments, refunds will be dispersed into a nominated account within 2-7 business days.

Tuesday: Closed. Flowers still available online

Wednesday: Store pickups can be arranged

Thursday: 9am to 1pm

Friday: 9am to 12pm

Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Sunday: 9am to 12pm every third Sunday (check social media for details xo)
